Our Homes
Intentionally Small,
Exceptionally Nurturing
Our residential settings are intentionally small, featuring only two bedrooms in each home. We choose this model because smaller environments naturally provide calmer, quieter, and more therapeutic spaces. In these settings, children can receive highly individualised support and form stronger, safer bonds with our care teams.
Each home is meticulously designed to feel comfortable, welcoming, and homely – offering the young people in our care a true sense of belonging, ownership, and stability.
-
Helping young people feel secure through predictable, balanced daily schedules.
-
Creating a calm atmosphere where feelings can be safely expressed and explored.
-
Providing quiet spaces and encouragement to support school, college, or alternative provisions.
-
Teaching cooking, budget management, and self-care to prepare teenagers for adulthood.
-
Encouraging hobbies, positive social experiences, and local activities.
-
Celebrating diverse identities, backgrounds, and personal choices.
